4-H Service project
Maddy and some of her friends are doing 4-H this year. We've been concentrating on teaching them differents skills ranging from hobbies to household duties and manners. For December instead of holding a regular 4-H activity they did a service project. The girls raised money with a treat sale to put with the money the moms pitched in to complete a small tree for the festival of trees. The festival of trees benefits Primary Children's Hospital. It was all quick to get done, but fun too. The girls made a couple of ornaments for the tree, and then we bought the rest. The girls helped put on their ornaments then I completed the rest. So if you go to the festival of trees you'll have to look for our tree in the small trees on the tables. The title of the tree is "Children's Wishes". The festival is Dec 3-6 so if you haven't gone already you can still go today or tomarrow.

That tree looks great! What a fun thing for the girls (and moms) to be involved in.
The tree looks so good, you guys did a great job.
We just went today and saw your lovely tree. It looks beautiful and someone bought. Good job!!
What a darling tree! And Sarah's new bedroom looks great...I love brown and pink together. That is hilarious about Sarah falling asleep waiting for you to change her diaper. What cute kids!
